Paper Plate Perkz (PPP) is a term we coined after watching League of Legends superstar 'Perkz' play with his webcam turned on. We decided that it looked like his barber used a cheap potluck plate to perform a bowl-cut instead of sticking to the usual, preferred method of bowl.
